Set in the new Eastgate Mall in Linwood Christchurch, Pan Italia bakery and espresso bar is the latest commercial project undertaken by our company.

For such a small tenancy space the shop functions exceptionally well. With storage being a premium, innovation was required to solve this problem. Coupled with the exceptional luxury timbers used in the joinery, the stainless steel work surfaces are the perfect foil to the rich coffee colourings and the Alessi inspired Italian bar stools imported from Italy.

The Al Fresco seating set between Etruscan planter boxes finishes this excellent small espresso bar and gives an authentic Italian street ambience to its location. Reminiscent of the small street espresso bars in Italy it takes in the hustle & bustle of the street traffic and gives a oasis of solitude for a cup of coffee and a cigarette.

Reputed to be the best shop fit out in the mall it is truly a gem of European sophistication with a price tag lower than any other fit out in this complex.
